My first meeting with John at Bilby Bathrooms instilled with me with confidence and I was not disappointed one little bit. The whole process ran smoothly, on time, on budget, with no gaps at all in delivery and the finished product exceeded my expectations. And importantly, my home was vacuumed each night to remove dust that accumulated during the day. My bathroom was transformed from a 1980’s spa bath setup, to a smooth and sleek one suiting the times, but in sympathy with my early 1900’s terrace home. Bilby undertook the bathroom renovation in an older apartment block. They fixed the subfloor and did the tiling, waterproofing and installation of fixture and finishes to a very high standard. Their price was very fair they they had the skills to help us with a few carpetentry repairs in the house too (which was extremely very helpful). John was a pleasure to deal with and is very professional and trustworth. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
